EDMOND — The Leedey High School baseball team fell to Arnett 6-2 Thursday afternoon in the first round of the Class B state baseball tournament.
All season, the Bison demonstrated solid play both at the plate and on the field, but could not overcome their nine errors against the Wildcats to advance.
“It’s frustrating when you’re in a big situation and you feel like you didn’t have your best showing and didn’t play anywhere close to your potential, but it happens,” Leedey head coach Rusty Puffinbarger said. “Today our errors cost us.”
