The Elk City Youth Summer Recreation will hold the 2025 summer youth tennis camp May 28 through June 7 at the Elk City High School tennis courts.
Anyone from ages 5 to 11 is welcome to attend the series of camps, designed to introduce beginning players to the proper fundamentals of tennis, by utilizing appropriately-sized racquets, balls, and courts.
The camp will also allow experienced athletes to continue the development of those same fundamentals on a larger scale.
Trained United States Tennis Association professionals, current ECHS tennis coach, Gina Curtis, and former coach Jason Scheck, will provide instruction for the camps.
For those who do not currently own racquets, the camp will provide use of racquets for the duration of the camp.
