District Judge Doug Haught is set to sentence to Ronald Arganbright Wednesday on two felony county stemming from his relationship with a minor.
The judge found Arganbright, a former Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper, guilty last month to lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16 and use of an electronic device to facilitate sexual conduct with a minor.
The first charge carries a five-year term, while the second could put Arganbright away for 10 years with a $10,000 fine.
His attorneys tried unsuccessfully last week to delay the sentencing.
